(2)(b)(i) Information gathered during the complaint inspection indicates that the school-age provider did contact emergency services immediately following a situation where a child was missing from care as required, but did not notify the department of the incident within 24 hours as required. Complaint is 'valid' for violation of WAC 110-301-0475(2)(b)(i). (3)(a) Information gathered during the complaint inspection indicates that the school-age provider did not notify the department by phone or by email or submit a written incident report to the department within 24 hours for a situation that required an emergency response from emergency services. Complaint is 'valid' for violation of WAC 110-301-0475(3)(a).
